Handling of Customer Complaints
   
  When the customer reports a problem while using the product, a customer complaint protocol will be established immediately in accordance with IUT's sales service policy to understand the nature of the problem and to record the time of the event. It is the company's conviction to resolve customer complaints quickly, and to take full responsibility of resolution. The issues are also passed onto the Quality Control department to further improve the quality of IUT's products.
   
Regular Telephone Follow-ups and Visitations to Customers
   
  Regular telephone calls or personal visits to the customers are provided. This is to promote the satisfaction of customers after the sales.
IUT promises to improve any deficiencies in the sales service procedure according to customer complaints. The company's objective is to make customers feel being cared for, thereby developing a deeper level of trust in the company's handling of product quality.
